O app não encontra a minha TV.

  • O iPhone e a TV precisam estar na mesma rede Wi-Fi.
  • Permita o acesso à Rede Local quando o iOS pedir (Ajustes > Cadê o controle? > Rede Local).
  • Desative VPNs e redes de convidados. Elas costumam isolar os aparelhos.
  • Na TV, ative o controle remoto: Configurações > Rede > Controle remoto e acessórios.
  • Use o Diagnóstico de Rede (em Dispositivos > Diagnosticar conexão): ele mostra o que está bloqueando.
  • Se nada funcionar, use "Inserir IP manualmente".

Funciona com Apple TV, Roku, Samsung ou LG?

Não. Funciona com aparelhos Android TV e Google TV (por exemplo, Chromecast com Google TV e TVs com Android TV integrado).

Como restauro o Pro em outro aparelho?

Abra o app, vá em Configurações > Pro e toque em "Já comprei, restaurar". Use o mesmo ID Apple da compra.

O Pro é uma assinatura?

Não. É uma compra única: TVs ilimitadas, modo trackpad, teclado de texto e timer de descanso.

Quero pedir reembolso.

Reembolsos são feitos pela Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

FAQ

The app can't find my TV.

  • Your iPhone and TV must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Allow Local Network access when iOS asks (Settings > Where is the remote? > Local Network).
  • Turn off VPNs and guest networks. They usually isolate devices.
  • On the TV, enable the remote service: Settings > Network > Remote & accessories.
  • Use Network Doctor (Devices > Diagnose connection): it shows what is blocking the connection.
  • If nothing works, use "Enter IP manually".

Does it work with Apple TV, Roku, Samsung or LG?

No. It works with Android TV and Google TV devices (for example, Chromecast with Google TV and TVs with built-in Android TV).

How do I restore Pro on another device?

Open the app, go to Settings > Pro and tap "Already purchased, restore". Use the same Apple ID as the purchase.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. It is a one-time purchase: unlimited TVs, trackpad mode, text keyboard and sleep timer.

I want a refund.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
